Good evening!
I have a problem with my laptop screen.
The screen doesn't turn on properly when the computer is not plugged in; when I plug in the charger, the screen lights up normally, but when I unplug the charger, the screen doesn't turn on well. What should I do?
Thank you for your reply.
Note: I bought the laptop 2 years ago, and I started having this problem a few days ago.

I wrote "dead battery".
But it could also be the electronic circuit that manages the battery charging.
The ideal would be to measure the voltage of your battery, with the charger plugged in and unplugged, but there, I think it's hard to do for a non-professional.
Another solution.
Install a functioning battery.
If after a charging period everything works "normally" (meaning with the power supply unplugged), then your battery is dead.
Otherwise, it's the charging circuit that is faulty.
