How to get rid of Welcome to Nginx! ?

Hello,
Today, like every day during this pre-Christmas period, I went to my favorite site https://neeed.com/
Usually, once on this page, I click on the login button to access my account, which connects me via my Facebook account.
However, today when I went to the site, I was met with a blank page saying “Welcome to nginx!”, regardless of the browser used. I usually use Google Chrome, but I also tried Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Rockmelt, and the result is always the same—this good old blank page with the message “Welcome to nginx!”.
I cleared my cache, deleted cookies and all browsing data on all my browsers, to no avail. I ran a scan, and no viruses were detected. I haven’t installed anything recently.
Is there anyone who has a solution? This only happens for the site Neeed.com!

If a page says "welcome to Nginx", just go to the small wrench icon -> tools -> clear browsing data -> select "all time" and then delete. After that, you can re-access any page ;) bye
I downloaded the HijackThis software, but what should I do next? I warn you, I don't know much about it...
Install hijackthis and scan your PC, then click on fix checked
