InDesign - View Pages Horizontally

is it possible for ALL the pages in InDesign to be displayed horizontally instead of vertically? (I'm not talking about the facing pages option when creating the document where only 2 pages face each other like a book).

Good evening The Braveheart..
I believe the person is trying to display several pages side by side in a horizontal manner... and especially more than the 2 of the "facing pages" function.
If that's the case, it is possible in the pages window by giving the "facing pages" function to the first page which will be the start. Then, still in the pages window, you slide the pages to attach them to the initial page...
This allows you to have on the screen 2, 3, 8, 10 pages side by side.. but also for printing which requires close collaboration with the service provider...
These are really very specific cases, for example for triptychs or more in accordion folding (because with rolled folds you have to think about managing the margins).-
The best method to display pages horizontally in InDesign in 2023:
1/ Create your document with the pages NOT facing each other
2/ Create a new template (right click on the template > new template)
3/ Select the number of pages you want (for example, 3 pages for a triptych)
4/ Select the pages in your template (here we are selecting the 3 pages) and drag them down just below your existing boards.
You now have a 3-page board. To create a margin/space between each of the pages:
5/ Select page 2 (the middle one) in your "page" window (F12)
6/ Select the "page tool" (Shift+P)
7/ Use the X and Y coordinates to position it as you wish8/ Repeat the operation for each of the pages if you wish
Have a great day and happy layout to everyone!

Hello, indeed I was not talking about page orientation (portrait or landscape) but rather a simple horizontal display. It’s not for creating triptychs; it’s just to visualize since these will be printed pages arranged side by side. It’s for an architectural presentation...
I can't find this "shared board" function (my InDesign is in English); could you tell me exactly where it is located? -
It depends on the version of InDesign you have...
Try dragging and dropping the pages in the Pages panel (F12)
When you bring one page close to another, the cursor changes shape between a replacement and a move... -
Hello,
Don't you have the layout option - portrait or landscape mode?
To have it in height, therefore vertical, choose portrait mode.
To have it in width, therefore horizontal, choose landscape mode.
Have a good afternoon.
