Signal antenna too weak

Hello,
I have the decoder but it doesn't work
the antenna signal is too weak
I receive all the channels except Canal +
I can't figure out where the problem comes from
who can help me

A poor signal can give a signal that is too weak, but it is not necessarily responsible for a partial TNT reception given that there are many possible causes and factors checked by antenna specialists...

Hello, individual or collective antenna? Postal code, TNT transmitter targeted by the antenna, amplifier or splitters in the antenna installation?
