PC d'une amie infecté par "System Fix"Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour à tous,

Voilà, une amie qui n'y connait rien en informatique m'a passé son PC portable qui a vraisemblablement été infecté par System Fix. Le PC tourne sur Vista, avec McAfee dessus, je ne sais pas du tout comment elle "l'entretient" mais j'ai bien l'impression qu'une mise à jour windows ni antivirus n'a été faite dessus... Vu que je n'arrive pas à mettre à jour McAfee (je ne sais pas si c'est une version d'essai ou complète), je l'ai supprimé pour installer Avast à la place.

En faisant des recherches sur le net, j'ai trouvé un sujet similaire et je me suis calqué dessus pour utiliser "Rogue Killer". J'ai utilisé les options qui étaient dites dans le sujet, mais sans vraiment comprendre les rapports sortis. Tous les icônes, les documents etc... sont revenus (il n'y avait plus rien), les message d'erreurs critiques ont disparu aussi. J'ai ensuité passé un malwarebytes, et un ccleaner.

Vu que j'ai du mal à déchiffrer les rapports que sortent tous ces utilitaires, quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider pour savoir si le PC est débarrassé de toute infection ?

Je trouve que le PC rame pas mal, et il mouline sans arrêt. Je ne le connais pas, donc je ne sais pas si ça faisait ça avant ou pas.

Salut !

Désolé je ne suis pas chez moi la journée, mais je vous poste dès ce soir les rapports de RogueKiller, Malwarebytes, etc...

(en fait je n'avais pas posté le rapport rogue killer car j'ai utilisé les "choix" de l'outil en suivant ce qui avait été fait pour une autre config, mais sans savoir réellement si c'est les mêmes choix à faire dans tous les cas).

Ce qui m'inquiètes un peu, c'est que le PC super lent. Le PC n'a pas l'air d'être une bête de course, mais quand je regarde dans le gestionnaire de tâches, la mémoire (2Go) disponible vaut 0 ! Et le disque dur n'arrête pas de mouliner.

Y a t'il des points à vérifier ?

Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte : https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/  
Mets le à jour, fais un scan rapide, supprime tout et poste le rapport ici.  
!!! Malwarebyte doit être à jour avant de faire le scan !!! 
Supprime bien ce qui est détecté : bouton supprimer sélection.

Fais plus attention à l'avenir.... 

Maintiens tes logiciels à jour c'est important, utilise ce programme : /faq/13362-mettre-a-jour-son-pc-contre-les-failles-de-securite     
Absolument à faire.     

Les antivirus ne font pas tout en ce qui concerne la sécurité de ta machine (mettre à jour ses logiciels etc etc) 
La meilleur protection reste de connaître les infections pour pouvoir les éviter et avoir de bonne habitude. 
Donc faut se documenter.

Donc du coup, le disque dur swappe tout le temps, et la mémoire RAM dispo qui vaut 0, ce n'est pas dû à une quelconque infection ?

Non pas de malware.

Peut-être faire du ménage dans ce qui se lance au démarrage.
Pourtant, c'est pas phénoménale ce qui se lance.

Désinstalle Spybot, il sert à rien.
Dépassé etc.

- Télécharge http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/fr/_download/HJTInstall.exe ton bureau.
- Double-clic sur HijackThis
- Génère un rapport en suivant ces indications :
- Exécute le et clique sur Do a scan and save log file.

Alors, je viens de lancer Hijackthis, j'ai coché les cases que tu m'avais indiqué sachant qu'il y en a deux qui n'étaient pas dans la liste [erecoveryservice] et [spybotsd teatimer]. Pour ce dernier, j'avais supprimé spybot juste avant, c'est peut être pour ça.

C'est encore moi ! :)

A priori, la fin de mon précédent message a été effacé. Je disais donc que malgré ces manipulations, la mémoire ram disponible varie entre 100 et 200mo (2Go au total), et le disque dur n'arrête pas de swapper sans cesse. Pourtant, rien n'est lancé à part les applications au démarrage... Peut être que c'est normal finalement ? Je ne sais pas, je ne connais pas le PC donc je sais pas comme il se comportait avant.

Qu'en penses-tu ?

Bon et bien j'ai effectué tout ce que tu m'as demandé de faire. Je l'ai rendu à mon amie qui était bien content de retrouver un PC en état de marche. :)

Par contre, elle aussi le trouve plus lent qu'avant, mais d'où est-ce que ça pourrait bien venir ?
