Optical Block, CD no longer spins PS3

Question

Hello,

I think everything is said in the title, I'll just clarify a couple of things.
So, the morning after a "geek" evening, I can't play on the console; it turns on, I can even play INFAMOUS (a game I got for free, which was given to us after the PSN hack) anyway, so I insert a MW2 disc and nothing happens, so I decide to take out the CD, well, the Blu-ray. And I start searching online, and as you can guess, I found nothing that solved my problem.
But I still dismantled my PS3 down to the optical block and cleaned the lens, and I left it apart to see the malfunction, and I concluded, observing that the game wasn't spinning while with my limited knowledge of technology, it needs to SPIN.

Please help me?

Last manipulation to do...
Turn it off with the button on the back and hold your finger down on the button to eject the CD. The fan will run at full speed (some dust may come out, there's a chance) and repeat the CD operation by letting it go back into the drive in the end, and then try to insert a game. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!!

Well, I suppose it’s a FAT since it's the very first 40 GB (I changed the hard drive and put in a 320 GB one) it's six years old now and also where can I find this kind of spare part, could you give me a reliable site?

Before investing in a lens, take an old CD, insert it into the PS3's drive but prevent it from going all the way in, and make back-and-forth movements from side to side and front to back. It doesn’t cost anything and there’s a chance it might work again!
Keep me updated; if it doesn’t work, unfortunately, you’ll have to invest...

I just tried, and still nothing, but now the loading indicator has been spinning non-stop for the last 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, replacing the optical block will be necessary...
Do you have a video game store near you? If so, ask if there’s a technician who knows about this and ask him if he has a solution, and even if he can install the new optical block for you if you’re afraid to do it (which would be totally understandable!). Still, try the CD technique several times over a good period of time because changing the block for nothing would be unnecessary...

I just formatted my PS3 and it still won't read games. So I suppose I will need to change the optical drive.  Could anyone suggest a reliable site to buy the optical drive?  Thank you in advance.
