Is Japean.com a trustworthy clothing site?

Hello,

I wanted to know if anyone has ever ordered from this website http://www.japean.com/fr/
If so, is this site really reliable?
How long does delivery take?
Is the quality of the clothing good?
And most importantly, are the clothes LIKE in the photos?

    I am a regular buyer on Japean, I regularly purchase from this site and personally I find the quality very good. I have been buying for a year (approximately €250 in purchases) and I recommend it.

    At first, I was very cautious because I bought a Size S t-shirt that was way too small for me.
    And it took them a while to respond (5-6 days) and of course, I received apologies and was able to exchange it for the right size.

    I recently saw that there is an online chat on the site and they respond quickly.
    Here is my opinion.

      To answer you, Japean is, if we can compare, like La Redoute or 3 Suisses, etc. I don’t know if you have ever ordered from these sites, but Japean works in a similar way.
      That is to say, first of all, it is reliable, and regarding the different delivery methods, the package tracking is great! (Like on those sites)
      Since your question is a bit old, and we haven’t really answered it, I’d like to know if you finally decided to order?
      I ordered from Japean.com despite the very mixed reviews. For now, I’m tracking my package, so I’ll respond later regarding the quality, etc. ^^
      But one piece of advice, if you are a fan of Asian fashion: Order! :P We are really lucky, and the prices are cool :)

      To answer the following questions:
      The package arrives on time! It's so great! :O About 2/3 days. The service from Japean is very satisfactory, they even send you an email to let you know that your package has arrived at its destination.
      The quality of the clothes: Nothing to say. Very good quality clothing.
      Hum.... In the photo, the model is quite slim (They are Asian ...), and what I find great about it on myself is that it doesn’t shift. You can clearly see the model from the photo. Indeed, with lighter colors, we may have doubts... The beige top I ordered had a pinkish aspect in the photo, but it is just as I had imagined.

      I hope my comments have helped you understand that this site is really great! I highly recommend you order :O!!

      After, like on many websites, you can have issues. That was my case.
      I had provided a billing address and a delivery address (at work). They managed to mix the two addresses to create a non-existent one, even though everything was filled out correctly. I had to fight with the carrier to get my package, and JEPEAN even acknowledged the problem but they don't know anything about customer service gestures. On top of that, I am 1.78m tall, I am a slim Korean, and the L size was unwearable, even for someone wearing S (1.70m, slim). Just to let you know!!!
      Supposedly, a problem with Asian sizes... I say supposedly because I went to Korea and bought clothes there, the L size was barely too big for me (for example: my tops bought in Busan are all size M). So the "excuse" is nonsense. So be careful with the sizes! Plus, they can't even say what size corresponds to EU sizes.

      I ordered, returned, and I'm waiting for the return in size XL, for a guy who wears 36 in jeans and M in t-shirts or sweaters.

      First and last order.

      However, they are quick to respond, but without a solution... I would have preferred the opposite, less reactive, but with a solution at the end.

      Now the return is at my expense...

    The Japanese fashion site japean.com is reliable. It is in France: my package arrived within 48 hours.
    The clothes are true to the description. I have nothing to say about it. Satisfied, I will order again soon from this site which is the only one offering the style I am looking for.

      I tried. It's not great. Out of the 3 clothes I ordered, I still kept 1. The others went back home. The quality is mediocre.

    I ordered on 09/11/18 and received it this morning.

    For me, it's a good site, the jacket is definitely of good quality.

    Personally, I recommend it.

    I ordered for Christmas, I received the package in 2 days, it's a great site for those who like this style of clothing.
