I ordered a pair of shoes from their website, and I should mention that this is my first order with them.
First order, first problem! I don't think the website itself is to blame but rather the delivery service, which is GLS.
GLS charged me 7 euros for a call to get some clarification that I ultimately didn't receive.
On the other hand, an Impericon customer service number is available in France, which makes it easier to explain your problem to them after the second attempt!
So far, I’m still waiting for my pair of shoes, and I'm really frustrated with GLS and Impericon. I'll probably have to go through their customer service and get a refund.
I will never order from them again!
Now it's up to you; this is my opinion and it’s just my own. -

Hello, for your information, I am satisfied with my purchases on IMPERICON, the clothes are of good quality and the displayed sizes are accurate as well. This is my third order. I only advise against the payment method by bank transfer because it's longer and not simple for me. Anyway, I am happy and very excited to receive my order. Best wishes.

So to answer you, yes the site is reliable and yes the articles/products are of good quality (even very good)!
I have placed more than ten orders on this site and I've never had any issues with delivery or payment; orders generally take 4-5 days to reach the customer.
So if you want to order from there, don't worry: go for it! -

Here I am back, and I still don't have the nice shoes I ordered from Impericon!
I asked for a refund IMMEDIATELY! I should receive my refund much faster than the shoes!
It's not for lack of trying to save money by going through Impericon, but apparently, GLS's package management is catastrophic!
In summary: I haven't received my pair of shoes, and I've racked up 7 euros out of pocket just to get answers from GLS! Which I never got in the end! It's suspicious, really suspicious!
The Impericon site is probably legitimate, but I strongly advise against ordering from them because of GLS, which by the way has a very bad reputation online.
Such a shame!-
I ordered an item on December 26th. I had to follow up with IMPERICON to be told on January 14th that the package was returned to them due to missing information on my address, which was complete.
Not having received the tracking code for the package made it impossible to trace it. GLS is supposed to call twice if the recipient is not present, yet I received no calls from them (considering that I often order via AMAZON and have never had address issues and always answer my phone in case of problems :) ).
On the 26th, I contacted IMPERICON ONCE AGAIN, and they told me that the item was delivered on the 16th and finally provided me with the tracking code (FINALLY, it was about time. 8 days after the "DELIVERY"). Delivery which, according to GLS, was signed for in my name (obviously :) ).
It is now February 3rd, I have to fill out a form from IMPERICON stating that I affirm I never received this package and the company should refund me immediately afterward.
So in the end, I am not even allowed to receive this package... They impose the refund on me...
Even if GLS is a VERY bad company apparently, I think IMPERICON is not very professional either... -
Impericon and GLS = a nice pair of scammers!
The same for me, the package never arrived and I got refunded when the package was returned to them (allegedly there was an address issue, funny how that happens often with them!)
Site to avoid at all costs! Moreover, all the sites that deliver via GLS should be forgotten immediately. GLS gives me the impression of being involved in large-scale scams. I don’t know what they gain from not delivering packages, but their story stinks!
I hope others won’t get fooled. -

Personally, I have already placed 2 orders with them and I have never had any issues (one for 40 euros and the other for 60 euros). I have always received everything in good condition, etc., within about a week (maybe just a little bit longer, it was a while ago ^^ but it's still okay). However, I have indeed heard a lot of bad things about "GSL"!! So I must have been lucky! I just placed another order right now (that's why I got lost here :) ) and they have changed their partner!! This is very good news considering the number of negative reviews. Now for shipping, they are using "DHL" :) there you go, so for me there have been no issues and it should definitely be better for those who had problems now that they have changed their "delivery guy" :)
