Uninstall PIXUM

Hello, I wanted to make a photo album with PIXUM - their program installed itself. Not being satisfied with their services, I am trying in vain to uninstall this program as well as their photo gallery.. I have gone to the Control Panel several times and tried to uninstall the program, but it is still there; I have restarted the computer several times, and the program is still there. I know I'm not very tech-savvy, but still. Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hello,
This is an old discussion but I have exactly the same problem: I can't uninstall the Pixum software in the usual way through the program removal. I installed Revo Uninstaller as recommended above but it didn't work, and now I can't uninstall Revo Uninstaller either. I don't understand...
