Bonjour, Je lance un SOS, je ne sais plus que faire. Je pense que mon ordinateur est infesté de petites bestioles très néfastes... Quelques exemples de dysfonctionnements: - impossible d'installer un antivirus en ligne (ça bloque au moment où ça doit s'installer et je ne peux plus rien faire) - impossible d'ouvrir word, ça bloque. - ma page d'accueil de IE6 se bloque sur search de msn. Voilà un échantillon de mes problèmes et je suis un peu perdue (même complètement) car je ne suis pas une pro en informatique. Merci à toutes les personnes prêtes à m'aider. Téléchargement de HijackThis

Installe le dans son propre dossier:
-clic droit sur le bureau, choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe le dedans.
Lance le, clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copie et colle le rapport ici stp

Clic sur demarrer, executer, tape: services.msc ,cherches dans la liste ces deux lignes et régle les sur "désactivé" car inutiles

Clic sur demarrer, poste de travail, C:, cherche et supprime ce dossier:

**Si un fichier persiste lors de la suppression fais ceci:
-Redemarres ton pc, dès l'allumage de celui-ci tapote la touche f8, à l'écran qui va apparaitre choisis "mode sans echec" attends un peu.. puis vas supprimer les fichiers/dossiers qui persistaient, vides ta corbeille et redemarres normalement

Telecharge, installe puis mets à jour ce logiciel(Ewido), une fois que c'est fait, fais un scan complet de ton système et colle le rapport ici

Merci beaucoup pour tous tes conseils et tes instructions: j'ai tout suivi à la lettre et n'ai pas eu de problème pour supprimer ce qui était à supprimer.

Salut,

tu peux tout supprimer ce que t'as trouvé Ewido.

Norton est un anti-virus qui reste correct, perso, je le trouve lourd et pas si efficace que ça, j'lai remplacé par un gratuit, mais c'est moi, chacuns fait comme bon lui semble :-)

Fais ce nettoyage: (à faire réguliérement)

¤Telecharges et installes ceci:
CCleaner:
Ccleaner

dans la colonne de gauche clic sur "erreurs" coches toutes les cases, puis cliques en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois finit, cliques sur "reparer les erreurs" et tu aura un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre tu dis "oui" puis tu recommences jusqu'a ce qu'il te trouve plus d'erreurs.
Les sauvegardes que tu aura faites tu pourra les supprimer si ton ordinateur n'a plus de problémes

¤Relance Ccleaner, vas dans l'onglet "nettoyeur" present sur la gauche, decoches la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis clic sur "lancer le nettoyage"

Puis dis moi ou en sont tes problémes ;-)

merci beaucoup, j'ai fait tout ce que tu dis. Je peux à nouveau utiliser word. par contre je ne peux toujours pas modifier la page de démarrage d'internet explorer.

Salut,

si tu n'as pas un de ces logiciels ci-dessous telecharge le(s) puis scan complétement ton Pc supprime tout ce qu'ils te trouvereront

-Le patch pour le faire fonctionner Ad-Aware SE en français: Patch français pour Ad-aware

Puis:

Fait ce scan anti-virus en ligne avec Internet Explorer, accepte l'active X; la barre anti-popup du SP2(en haut) va se mettre à clignoter, clic dessus et choisis "accepter l'active X" pour faire fonctionner le scan anti-virus.
Une fois qu'il a terminé colle le rapport ici stp

bonjour,

A priori le seul probleme qui reste est la page de démarrage de IE qui refuse de changer. Du coup j'utilise firefox.
Merci pour tout, je suis vraiment épatée par ce forum et l'efficacité.
