Hello,
My TV has been acting up lately (black bars on the screen, light flashing at night). I was wondering if it could be related to the fact that I connect it to my PC via HDMI to watch movies. Given that a virus can be transmitted via USB drive, why not through HDMI? What do you think?
Thank you
Camille

Hello,
Viruses cannot transit via HDMI and furthermore, televisions are immune to them.
Have you tried to see if the phenomenon persists when the HDMI cable between the PC and the television is disconnected?
I rather think it's a hardware issue.
