salut a tous,
apres plusieur virus désinfectés par mes soins; le pc rame et les applications bug souvent,j´ai defragmenté puis j´ai corriger les erreures ( enfin pas toutes) dans le registre c cleaner, jv too power tool ect...j´ai aussi fait marcher ewido, a2 square, spyboot, ad aware ect...
tout est bon mais je sais que ca ne l´ai pas...
y a t- il quelqu´un qui pourrait m´aider a faire un diagnostic en utilisant un autre outil?

Installe le dans son propre dossier:
-clic droit sur le bureau, choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe le dedans.
Lance le, clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copie et colle le rapport ici stp

j'vois rien de méchant, on va regler quelques petits trucs, pour que tu gagnes un peu en mémoire, rien ne sera supprimé.
Pour ce qui est de Ccleaner tu peux corriger toutes les erreurs que tu trouves, même chose pour JV16(juste les ronds verts) tu devrais essayer un autre nettoyeur de registre un peu plus puissant que les deux citès juste au dessus..je te mets les liens pour telecharger et savoir utliser ce logiciel à to ide voir si t uveux ou non l'utiliser.

dézippe-le sur ton bureau puis double-clic sur le fichier "lopxp.bat"
quand il à terminé, un rapport s'ouvre : fais un copier-coller puis mets le ici

merci pour ton aide boulepate ;-)
j´ai pris regseeker mais quand je fais nettoyer le registre il scan puis vient un message :
"indice de liste hors limites (0)"???
pour le reste j´ai fixer les lignes que tu m´avait ennoncées avec hijack this puis j´ai aussi réglé les lignes sur manuel dans services.msc
puis en fin j´ai fais tourner lopxp qui m´a donné le rapport que voici : (c´est un pc finlandais)

a toute si t´es encore la...
j´ai pris regseeker mais quand je fais nettoyer le registre il scan puis vient un message :
"indice de liste hors limites (0)"???
pour le reste j´ai fixer les lignes que tu m´avait ennoncées avec hijack this puis j´ai aussi réglé les lignes sur manuel dans services.msc
puis en fin j´ai fais tourner lopxp qui m´a donné le rapport que voici : (c´est un pc finlandais)

ça me semble ok, néanmoins j'vois pas mal de programme peut etre que tu en as que tu utilises plus, donc supprime manuellement toi meme les dossiers qui sont cachés dans application data:
J'espere que tu réussira à afficher les dossiers et fichiers cachès.
Pour afficher tous les dossiers et fichiers cachés;
Clic sur "démarrer", "panneau de configuration", "outils" ,"option des dossiers", "affichage"
"
Coche:
¤ afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
Clic sur "appliquer" puis "ok"
Clic sur "demarrer" , poste de travail, C:, documents and settings, all users, application data, puis fais le tri ;-)
Pour ce qui est de Regseeker laisse le de côté pour le moment.
Puis refais un nettoyage avec Ccleaner et/ou Jv16.
Une fois que tu as fait ça, fait ça stp
Crée un nouveau point de restauration:
Clic sur "demarrer", cliques droit sur "poste de travail", "propriétés", onglet "restauration du systeme"
¤ coches la case "desactiver la Restauration du systéme sur tous les lecteurs", puis clic ur "appliquer"
¤ decoches la case et clic sur "appliquer" puis "ok".
Maintenant, que l'ont à effacés les point infectés, nous allons créer un point propre:
Clic sur "demarrer", "tous les programmes", "accessoires", "outils système", "restauration du système", choisis "créer un point de restauration" nommes le " ccm" par exemple, cliques sur "créer" puis "ok".
Voilà, maintenant le point de restauration est créer si un jour tu décides tu pourra revenir en arriere à la date que tu l'as créer donc à ce jour; en fesant la marche arriére tu pourra remettre ton ordinateur à la date ou l'on à créer ce point de restauration mais tu perdra les modifications que tu aura faites entre deux.
Redemarre le PC puis dit nous si ça continue tes problémes de bug et de lenteur
