Hello,
My PC is from 2009. It was formatted 3 weeks ago, and now there's no wallpaper; I'm being asked to activate the key. I've noted the reference on the label at the back of the PC, but in vain; the numbers 0 and 1 won't work, the same goes for the hyphens. I tried the ID key, but it's the same problem. I no longer have the box or the installation CD. When I try to download Windows Vista, I get the response "it is already installed." Thank you very much for your help. Bettie

Hello, I don't have a trial version, but I also have the "Windows Vista (tm) number 6002 this version of Vista is not authentic." What can I do to fix this problem? And finally be able to change my desktop backgrounds, thank you in advance.

Your license key should consist of 5 alphanumeric blocks, but I believe there are neither zero nor "o".... the dashes don't need to be typed, when you enter, the zone change is automatic as soon as there are 5 characters in the window...
