Demande d'ajout sur Facebook

Hello,

I received a friend request on Facebook from someone I don't know (as far as I can tell). However, I would like to send them a message, for example to ask if we know each other, without necessarily accepting their friend request.

Is this possible? I couldn't find a way to send them a message (I don't have their email, only their name/username), I can only accept or deny their invitation.

Thank you.

Yes, you click on his name
you arrive on his profile, it says "Respond to the request..." and next to it "Send a message"

ATTENTION !
Note well that if you do this, replying with something like: "Do we know each other?", this person will have access to your profile for a month.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me that just sending a message allows the recipient to see your profile.
