Facebook "Your request could not be processed." Unable to connect.

Hello,

I don't go on Facebook often, but some people or services can only be reached this way.

For some time now, I have not been able to connect. I consistently get this error message:

"Your request could not be processed.
There was a problem with this request. We are working to resolve it as quickly as we can."

Not to mention the site constantly asking me to define my cookie preferences. Very often it asks me twice in a row, and since I can't connect, I refresh the page to try again, and I'm asked for my cookie preferences again.

I feel like I'm "banned," yet I don't think I've done anything wrong (considering how rarely I log in), and besides, I believe I would have received a clear explanation.

I can't find any trace of this message or any explanations online, nor can I find a way to contact them for assistance.

Have others experienced similar issues or have any idea about the cause?

Could refusing cookies be the reason?
