Bonjour,

j'ai un pc asus a7sn sous xp pro sp3.
- symantec en antivirus
- moitié du DD espace libre > 50G
- pas de souci apparent (spybot et antymalware)
- google chrome en explorer

Enfin mon souci, le pc rame et n'est pas stable. Lorsque je démarre, il met bcp de temps ensuite il tourne presque bien dans mes applications et puis plus j'en ouvre plus tout se dégrade. (Ca rame, ca s'ouvre pas et j'en passe)

Que me conseillez-vous? Quoi regarder et comment? J'ai déjà checker les logiciels au démarrage etc Je n'ai pas envi de reformater ni de changer d'OS pour le moment.

(je n'ai jamais fait de point de restauration système, faute à moi)

Va dans la section sécurité de ce forum. Demande qu'un helper t'aide. Je vois dans ton rapport des Toolbars. C'est peut-être une des causes de ton problème.

Bonjour,

J'ai moi aussi un pc dont la configuration matériel et logiciel (xp sp3) ressemble à la vôtre.

Je crois que votre problème vient probablement de spywares. Ces petites merdes peuvent dérégler un système d'une façon incroyable.

Après avoir vérifié la présence de spywares, vous pouvez opter pour une optimisation. C'est ce que j'ai fait. Mon système démarre avec 75 Mo de mémoire, cela augmente selon les logiciels que j'utilise. Cette optimisation peut rendre votre ordinateur vraiment plus performant.

Lorsque votre ordinateur fonctionnera mieux, n'oubliez pas de faire une image de votre système. Moi j'utilise DriveSnapshot. Dès que mon système n'est plus aussi performant, je ne passe pas 3 heures à chercher une solution; je réinstalle mon image, et en 5 minutes tout refonctionne parfaitement.

C'est pas mieux, c'est même pire.... Mon antivirus Symantec ne veux plus s'activer, j'ai une alerte de sécurité Windows et dans mes processus j'ai un: wauclt.exe qui m'utilise beaucoup de mémoire...

J'ai spybot et malware à jour, j'ai fait des scan mais rien de mieux...

Bonsoir,

désinstalle SpyBot déjà qui est obsolète.

Par la suite, HijackThis étant également obsolète, tu va utilisé un autre logiciel de diagnostic plus récent nommé ZHPDIAG, et tu n'auras plus qu'à attendre un contributeur sécurité formé :

▶ Télécharge ZHPDiag (de Nicolas Coolman)

▶ Laisse toi guider lors de l'installation, coche "Ajouter une icône sur le bureau" et "Exécuter ZHPDiag"

▶ Clique sur l'icône représentant un tournevis vert et coche tout, puis sur l'icone représentant une loupe (« Lancer le diagnostic »)

▶ Une fois le scan aux 100%, enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau à l'aide de l'icône représentant une disquette.

▶ Ferme ZHPDiag.

▶ Héberge le rapport ZHPDiag.txt sur pjjoint.malekal.com, puis copie/colle le lien fourni (du type https://pjjoint.malekal.com/files.php?id=df5ea299241015 dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

Désintalle également "Seeearch toolbar" via le fichier unistall de seeearch
