[MSN] il ne se lance pas!

Bonjour à tous! J'ai un problème depuis 2 jours, quand je clique sur l'icone MSN, rien ne se produit, à part qu'il se place en icone en bas dans la barre des taches, mais j'ai beau cliquer et double-cliquer dessus rien à faire... Cela est pareil avec Windows Messenger, j'ai également désintaller et réinstaller MSN, c'est toujours la même galère! Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider ce serait vraiment chouette, j'en ai absolument besoin pour mon boulot! (je travaille sur internet avec plusieurs personnes). Merci. Max

Télécharge HijackThis:
Téléchargement de HijackThis

Installe le dans son propre dossier:
-clic droit sur le bureau, choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe le dedans.
Lance le, clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copie et colle le rapport ici stp

Fais ce nettoyage: (à faire réguliérement)

¤Telecharges et installes ceci:
CCleaner:
Ccleaner

dans la colonne de gauche clic sur "erreurs" coches toutes les cases, puis cliques en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois finit, cliques sur "reparer les erreurs" et tu aura un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre tu dis "oui" puis tu recommences jusqu'a ce qu'il te trouve plus d'erreurs.
Les sauvegardes que tu aura faites tu pourra les supprimer si ton ordinateur n'a plus de problémes

¤Relance Ccleaner, vas dans l'onglet "nettoyeur" present sur la gauche, decoches la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis clic sur "lancer le nettoyage"



Installe ce pare-feu et ésactive le pare-feu de Windows il ne vaut rien.

Telecharge, installe puis mets à jour ce logiciel(Ewido), une fois que c'est fait, fais un scan complet de ton système et colle le rapport ici

bon comme tu peux le voir ci-dessous la barre (SFR je pense) contient une saloprie! à toi de voir si tu veux la garder ou pas.

mais si non, tu peux tout supprimer ce qu'Ewido t'a trouvé.


Maintenant, Fais ce nettoyage: (à faire réguliérement)

¤Telecharges et installes ceci:
CCleaner:
Ccleaner

dans la colonne de gauche clic sur "erreurs" coches toutes les cases, puis cliques en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois finit, cliques sur "reparer les erreurs" et tu aura un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre tu dis "oui" puis tu recommences jusqu'a ce qu'il te trouve plus d'erreurs.
Les sauvegardes que tu aura faites tu pourra les supprimer si ton ordinateur n'a plus de problémes

¤Relance Ccleaner, vas dans l'onglet "nettoyeur" present sur la gauche, decoches la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis clic sur "lancer le nettoyage"


Redemarre le PC puis tente à nouveau d'ouvrir MSN

j'ai fais exactement tout ce que tu m'as dis, et ça ne change rien au niveau de Msn, par contre jai l'impression que l'ordi rame moins. Je ne vois vraiment pas comment résoudre ce pb!

PS: depuis quelques temps (bien avant mon pb de lancement de msn) un message s'affiche juste avant le démarrage de windows, qui me signale que je ne suis pas en possession d'une version originale de XP, etc... Est-ce que cela pourrait avoir un rapport?

même si ta version d'XP n'est pas originale ça m'ettonerait très fort que ce soit pour ça que tu ne puisses acceder à MSN

qu'elle version d'MSN as-tu installé ?

Désinstalle completement MSN et installe le live messenger pour voir dispo ici:

si tu as bien installé le pare-feu Kerio et desactivé celui de Windows, regarde dans Kerio dans connexion sortante au niveau de Live Messenger tu mets deux encoches vertes (tu ne dois pas avoir de connexions entrantes mit à part le P2P)

Cela fait toujours la même chose... Et là l'icone ne se met même pas dans la barre des taches, par contre il est bien affiché dans l'onglet "processus" quand je fais CTRL+ALT+SUPPR. (!!!)

Ton PC vient de ton boulot ou c'est le tiens ? car il se pourrait que quelqu'un est interdit l'utilisation d'MSN dans certaine entreprises ça se fait..

J'espere que t uas trouvé une alternative à MSN pour le moment, tu as AIM par exemple qui reste sobre..

Redésinstalle tout ce qui concerne msn puis fait ça pour voir:

Clic sur "démarrer", "panneau de configuration", "outils" ,"option des dossiers", "affichage"

Clic sur "appliquer" puis "ok"


Clic sur demarrer, poste de travail, C: , documents and settings, all users, application data, cherche et supprime ce dossier:

Redemarre le PC réinstalle MSN et voit si tu peux te connecter.

Toujours pareil!! Et j'ai essyé msn web messenger mais cela ne fonctionne pas, aprés avoir entrer adresse et mot de passe, cela revient à la page précédente (accueil web messenger)! Installer une version moins récente de msn ne pouurait pas changer kelkechose?

tu peux essayer mais à mon avis c'est peine perdue, mais qui ne tente rien à rien..

Fait ce scan anti-virus en ligne avec Internet Explorer, accepte l'active X; la barre anti-popup du SP2(en haut) va se mettre à clignoter, clic dessus et choisis "accepter l'active X" pour faire fonctionner le scan anti-virus.
Une fois qu'il a terminé colle le rapport ici stp

bizarre que ca ne marche pas avec webmessenger !
regarde dans le gestionnaire des taches ( ctrl alt supp)
dans processus si msn n'est pas en route si oui terminer le processus !
essai toutefois une restauration du systeme a une date ou tout marchait bien !

essaye ceci fait démarrer / executer et tape ceci regsvr32 msxml3.dll clique sur ok et redémarre msn

avant de formater essai simplement une retauration du systeme a une date ou tout marchait bien . ca n'enlevera que les logiciels installés entre les 2 dates .

pour msn web messenger Les fenêtres pop-up doivent être autorisées pour ce site Web si tu utilises un logiciel de blocage des fenêtres pop-up .
si tu ne le fais pas c'est normal que ca revienne a la page d'acceuil

J'ai le même genre de *ouilles avec Live Messenger et MSN 7.5. Quand je clique sur l'icône de raccourci (ou sur celle de l'application), rien ne se lance. J'ai suivi les conseils d'un autre site, désinstal., nettoyage des clés de registre et réinstal. mais rien n'a changé.
Du coup, j'ai chargé Light Messenger, qui lui fonctionne très bien.
