Hello,

This is really urgent and I am eagerly awaiting your response(s)
It concerns a girl (from my family) who went missing on 21/10/2011
and I want to know if we can locate her phone, please?
Or if someone puts another SIM card in order to use the phone?
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.1

If it is closed, no chance; if it is open, you cannot, but the phone company can.
But will the company be willing to waste its time with all the people who lose their mobile phones? I highly doubt it!

I've found 5 mobile phones, and of course, I can use them.

First, if I have proof from the police that she has really been missing for 3-4 days, I think (I hope) that SFR will do that.
Then, I know you can use it, but can I locate the same phone with a different SIM card?

Okay, it's your daughter you're looking for, I thought you were looking for your daughter's phone.
Well, here it's certain that the police have the power to compel the phone company to trace the origin of the signal.
