Hello,

Here is my problem: I installed a program on my PC and it works perfectly fine.
But when I installed the same program for a friend, an error message appeared.
Runtime error 217 at 00437A0...
The exception is an unknown software exception (0x0...
I didn't quite understand what that means, please help me
to solve this problem.

Hello
the problem is solved, I changed the operating system from XP SP3, which did not accept this software, to Vista. The message no longer appears and the software works perfectly.
