Hello,
I regularly check my accounts online via the CMB website, but I have lost my identifier.
Do you know what steps I need to take to regain access to my accounts?

    Contact your bank/advisor who will unlock your access.

    The username is the first 8 digits of your bank account number in memory. However, the password... that is yours.
