Finding your Free identifier Solved

Question

Hello everyone, so here it is, I wanted to access my Free account but it asks me for a password that I don't know. So I click on "forgot password" and they tell me it is in my contact email, but I don't know that either, so how can I retrieve that password? And I believe the identifier is the Free phone number. Thanks in advance.

Hello.

When you opened your contract with FREE, you received a letter that includes your username and a password.

If you haven't changed this password, it is still valid, and it's important to review this letter.
