Nouveau matériel compatible avec carte mère ?

Bonjour,
Ma carte graphique et mon processeur commencent un peu à se faire vieillots, j'ai donc l'intention de changer.
J'ai comme configuration :
OS : Windows seven 32bits.
Carte mère : Asus P5K ( http://www.rueducommerce.fr/Composants/Carte-Mere/Socket-LGA-775/ASUS/406219-Carte-Mere-Asus-P5K-Socket-775-pour-Intel-Pentium-D-P4-Core-2-Duo-Quad-Core.htm ).
Processeur : Intel® Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz
Carte graphique : NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
Mémoire vive : 4xCorsair DDR2 1Go
Ne m'y connaissant pas vraiment bien, j'aimerais savoir si ces deux composants peuvent être installés sur ma carte mère, ou bien si il serait plus intéressant de racheter un PC :
Processeur socket 775 Intel Pentium® E6800 (logiquement celui-ci est compatible vu le socket).
Carte graphique Asus ENGTX550 TI DC TOP/DI/1GD5 (GTX 550 Ti 1 Go).
