and this problem is becoming more frequent!
I have several other applications and when I click on them I have this problem
I have searched on Google but found nothing!!
some say you need to reinstall Office, others say it's Java ......
please help me resolve my problem

Re oki
There are applications (executable) when I click on them, I get a dialog box that displays this message:
Error system &H8007007E (-214704770). The specified module is not found.
But not all applications
I have software that allows me to play Counter Strike online, when I click on it, I get this message
There is also a hexadecimal editor
There is also Casablanca.......
I don't understand because I have Kaspersky with the latest updates
and Ad-Aware from Lavasoft......
I did some research on Google and I noticed that many people had the same problem
and regarding the solutions:
Some say you need to reinstall Office
others say to update Java .....etc
But as for me, I haven't been able to solve my problem!
There you go :)

Hello
We can relate this to:

Have you reinstalled the Java J2RE 1.4 component?
See you later!

Hello again
Sorry for all the delay, but every time I try to access the site “how it works” there are errors on the page and I can't access the site
Anyway...
Thanks for the info, I have already checked this page
I knew it, but I couldn't solve my problem!
Here's the problem:
There is one step that I don't have at home!
1- Open the control panel.
2- Open "Add/Remove Programs".
3- In the "Configure Default Programs" section,
4- enable "Use my default Java machine"
(and not the "Microsoft virtual machine").
5- Restart Windows
Actually, I don't have step number 3
When I open "Add/Remove Programs", I can't find the "Configure Default Programs" section
I don't understand! And yet I have WinXP SP1!!!
Talk to you later
And thanks

It seems that you have a problem because your system does not support the official J2RE 1.4 from Sun Microsystems (which is complete and very reliable) but the Java module from Microsoft that is provided with certain versions of Windows.
You need to install (if you haven't already) J2RE 1.4 or higher from the official Java website: https://java.com/en/
Then, open the control panel. Open "Add/Remove Programs." In the "Configure Default Programs" section, you need to enable "Use my default Java machine" (and not the "Microsoft Virtual Machine"). After that, you need to restart Windows.
Test BeDesk Express. If the problem persists, uninstall the J2RE Java component once again and reinstall it.
Restart.
You should not have any more problems.
