What does online exclusive price mean?

Hello,

I will have a new phone and on the Orange website, it says web-exclusive price -2€
(for smart blocked plans under 18)?
For example, the plan of 18.99€ per month becomes 16.99€ per month?
Is it the same if we take the plan online or in-store?

    "Excluded Web Price" means that the price is cheaper when ordering online.
    If you go to an Orange store, it will be more expensive!
