"My Pictures" opens with Paint

Theoretically, right-click on the image, open with, and you choose which program you want to use to open it.

If that doesn't change anything via the settings panel, you should be able to choose the default program to open your images/photos.

It works, thank you. But it’s not permanent. You have to click "open with" every time. It’s a bit "annoying"

always through the right click, open with, choose this program by default.

otherwise, start, control panel, add/remove programs, default programs.

precisely I don't know the procedure, I haven't used XP for a while.
