Epson SX115 Printer

Hello,

I have an Epson Stylus SX115 printer, it turns on normally but then does not function as if there is no power supply, nothing works.
I have tried restarting it several times, you can hear the sound of the power turning on and then nothing.
Has anyone ever had this problem or knows what the issue is?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    I just found a software called SSC Service Utility that allows me to reset the counter of my printer and reuse my printer.

    Is there a red button blinking on your printer?

    No button lights up.

    There is just the sound of the printer starting up and then nothing more.

    I'm not sure, but I know that all Epson printers have a print counter and it stops.
    Have you tried flashing it?

    c reset the counter to zero (resetting the counter)

    SSC Service Utility not on this software you won't find your printer it's for the old ones.
