Erreur BlueScreen + analyse sur "WhoCrashed"

Bonjour,

Voila, ca fait maintenant quelques semaines que mon ordinateur Toshiba Qosmio X500 rencontre quelques problèmes. Parfois, si je le laisse quelques heures sans rien faire, l'écran s'éteint et plus moyen de le rallumer, il faut reboot le PC manuellement... Et au redémarrage de windows, j'ai l'erreur du "BlueScreen" en m'indiquant que Windows a récupéré d'un arrêt non planifier.
J'ai donc un peu chercher sur notre ami google, mais je ne trouve pas de réponses à mon problème.
J'ai utilisé le logiciel "WhoCrashed" et j'ai cette analyse suivante : (Je ne sais quoi en faire)
