    I'm finally reimbursed!!!! I can't believe it!!!!! And this was last night.
    I must say that I contacted a lot of people for this:

    1/ the DGCCRF
    2/ the local judge
    3/ Mrs. Maud Guei whose contact details can be found in one of the forums (how it works.com).
    4/The FEVAD
    5/ The guid.com
    6/Consumer association!
    and I'm sure I've forgotten others!
