I don't believe this site is trustworthy given the customer comments.
Take a look at Fia-net in the telecommunications and communication category, you will find very reliable sites rated directly by customers.
Trust the premium sites, they are likely to be the most serious!

I ordered a product, received it 25 days later, but that's normal since it was shipped by sea.
However, it does not work and some items are missing in this shipment.
I sent a complaint email, they replied only once, but not on the subject, and since then no more responses.

This site seems very interesting in terms of prices, but one shouldn't rely too much on the technical descriptions of their products. I bought LED spots that turned out to be three times less bright than what was advertised. It's useless to ask them to explain; they don't respond and your request remains eternally archived in your account.

I ordered some simple costume jewelry on March 15. I have to wait for the order to be shipped before waiting between 10 and 20 days. I still haven't received anything; the site sent me a tracking number that doesn't exist (bulk air mail) since April 17. I might get it by 2014, and of course, all I have is their response "please be patient." I find that some responses border on insolence. REGARDING CUSTOMS DUTIES, it all depends on the amount, etc. I work in a customs service, so... just so you know. If people are registered on this site, it's to ask questions, so responses suggesting they're ignorant are honestly just pathetic.

I ordered 2 watches for about €11 (as they were on sale), order placed on July 28, 2013, around 11:45 PM. Watches received on August 8, 2013, via regular post, so 10 days later!
Watches are perfect! Functioning properly! Not broken! Excellent!
BUT: NOT TERRIBLE WATCHES! BRACELETS ARE ABOUT 2.5 CM WIDE AND THE WATCHES THEMSELVES MEASURE ABOUT 4.5 CM IN DIAMETER!!!

I was also charged on September 19 and I took out insurance and I haven’t received anything. I ordered cases before and I received them, but I haven’t received the jewelry. This is a huge scam!!

Hello everyone! I ordered about 50 euros worth of earrings last year (I'm a big fan! ;) ) and I received my package on December 24 (just in time for Christmas, awesome!). However, I had to pay an additional 20 euros in customs upon delivery, but even after paying the 20 euros, I still saved compared to stores. I wouldn't recommend this site to those who are tight with their money, you never know what might happen. Otherwise, don't hesitate, the merchandise is of very good quality and I wouldn't hesitate to order again even with the customs fees (let's not forget it comes from China!). Good luck to all!

I placed an order on minithebox for an amount of 61 euros or so (number 1312241308934494) on the evening of December 23rd, the order seems to have been sent the next day and I received a tracking number and a tracking site. The problem is that it states my package has been in transit (shipment made) for almost 7 days which is unlikely. Has this ever happened to you? When do I declare a dispute knowing that the maximum time limit is 40 days?

For my part, the order was placed, received, in good condition, so from this side, nothing to say. ON THE OTHER HAND, the upselling system, because obviously when you're at €20 worth of order, and for an additional €12 you get express delivery, you think, oh come on. So I ended up placing an order of €32 specifically to benefit from the express delivery... Result, €4 in customs fees, notified... oh well, um, nowhere, because yes any order exceeding I believe $20 or $25 delivered abroad incurs the €4 customs fees, great! So a little gentle scam on their part.
On the other hand, good products, the cases for iPhones and other phones are unbeatable in terms of price, jewelry, hair accessories, watches, etc... A huge selection!
I think we might not order for quality but for the quantity and gigantic range of products of all kinds!
Despite the unpleasant surprise of customs fees, I still intend to order again, but I will pay attention to the price of my order and especially to the weight, paying €4 for an excess of about $10 on the order, I can’t imagine the tax if the package weighs 750 grams upon arrival and is worth €85 for example...
