Hello, very satisfied with the fast and careful delivery (5 days for a resident in France) in its packaging, all in a box, nothing is missing, everything works very well. An order of 57 euros with insurance, free shipping, and 9 euros of customs fees

I bought headphones that died two weeks later, but I also bought two phone cases and they are still going strong.
Conclusion: I do not recommend buying electronics on this site but for the rest, it's fine! I'm waiting for the arrival of a CD holder and I will let you know the condition.

I placed 2 orders for clothes for a chihuahua. The 1st order in xxs arrived in 2 weeks but the clothes were a bit tight, I kept them anyway and placed a 2nd order in size xs thinking that would be the right size. I waited over 2 months to finally receive clothes in size s (finally large s). I sent several emails and in the end: the items are sold in size xs (which corresponds to a child between sizes 4 and 8 years). No possible refund. If I return them, I am charged fees almost equal to the items I ordered.
Well, my advice is not to order from this site despite their attractive prices!

Order placed at the end of October 2012, it’s December 1st and I still haven’t received anything!! My order has supposedly been out for delivery for 3 weeks.
I understand that there can sometimes be malfunctions, but ask yourself the following question:
Why can’t we contact them?
Their response (via an automated server) says they don’t have time to answer questions at the moment and that I need to check their FAQ.
Too easy.
Personally, I’m going to file a complaint to try and get a refund.

I am also about to file a complaint like you, I got ripped off like a rookie, this site miniln the box is a real SCAM THAT NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED AT ALL COSTS: lured by attractive prices but customs fees evaded - watch = Chinese junk (needs resetting every 20 to 30 minutes) and the icing on the cake, UNREACHABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, a real joke, with this site it seems there are no humans, a machine called a voice server in both directions for any interlocutor, under these conditions, it’s difficult to confront and resolve any issue, yet, for them, the labor is cheap and they still find a way to squeeze the staff. They say that unity is strength, so all the duped people from this mess should get in touch and together we’ll defend our rights as customers, on my end, I'm ready to take legal action, plus the more of us there are, the heavier we’ll weigh in the scales of justice, going against such trusts alone is practically a lost cause, FOOD FOR THOUGHT CEDRIC.

I ordered 2 watches, but I was charged for 3 amounts, so for 3 watches!!!!!
The reason: the website indicated that the order was canceled, so I went back to the checkout to make sure I would receive my orders, and now I'm still waiting for responses to my claims!!!!!!!!!!

Indeed, it's specified on the site, but customs fees are really high!!!

So, it's better to buy in small orders and not too big items.
Order in three separate orders rather than one!

Hello everyone
I confirm that MINIINTHEBOX is not telling us everything!!
I ordered for an amount of €48.26
I had €7.24 in shipping fees
they took about 20 days to deliver to me
and the icing on the cake...
I had to pay €8 VAT through customs
and €16.15 in additional fees (processing fees) from customs!
so I started with an order of €55.50 which ended up costing me €79.65 !!!!!
You just need to know this!!! Otherwise, the pill is hard to swallow!

So, in response to the MiniInTheBox survey, I was informed, and in summary

- For any package outside the Eurozone, I presume, if the value of the SHIPMENT exceeds 45 euros, you will have to pay any applicable duties and VAT at the time of importation

So there you go, just for your information, do not exceed this value including shipping costs

In precision, all mail order sales are exempt from customs duties up to 150 euros but are subject to VAT from the first euro.

To each his own.....

Fake unreliable site. I ordered several items; they removed everything from my account, and the delivery is incomplete. No phone number to reach them, and they don't respond to the emails we send. They are scammers, a scam.

there are many complaints about this site whose billing practices are at least obscure and random judging by various testimonies.
I just experienced the same issue, and just because one does not buy French (by the way, what does that even mean... since many items purchased in France are made elsewhere) doesn’t mean we should stay silent when we are being scammed. If I do not receive a refund for my order of €54 that was denied due to customs fees (€25), I will alert the Fraud Department. This government service is extremely competent in resolving this type of dispute and putting things right. The site must announce a clear, straightforward, and final payment. These customs fee stories are obscure and even shady. I buy from American sites that include customs fees in their pricing, I buy from Asian sites that deliver for free and do not mention customs fees... Transparency in commerce, whether international or not, should be the golden rule. So, if you don’t want to get scammed, either avoid this site or go all the way and be ready to potentially file a complaint with the https://www.economie.gouv.fr/dgccrf. If all the scammed individuals joined forces, this kind of mafia practice would disappear. Happy New Year nonetheless!

Many people seem very impatient and speak poorly of the site just because they have to wait for their package to be shipped from China. As for me, my order was sent on December 14, and despite the holiday days, my package arrived on January 4, which means in 3 weeks. That's quite reasonable. I live in French Polynesia, and when a package is sent to me from mainland France, the delays are often longer!
I am very satisfied with the service, and the merchandise (3 watches) exactly met my expectations. Good quality; nothing to say about the hyper competitive price!

I will place other orders!

On January 4th, I placed an order for 2 dustproof earphones for iPhone. I made the payment on the same day. The money was deducted from my account, but when I check the details of my order, it says that the order is incomplete and awaiting payment, and that as soon as they receive my payment, I will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours... Is it normal that the money has been deducted from my account and they still haven't received anything? Thank you for replying please :-(

I placed an order for 33 euros to receive my package in less than 5 days
I already paid one euro for the credit card and I paid 9.41 euros for customs, they opened the package and made me pay a tax.
I received items that do not work and are supposed to be new
