HP VK479AA Mouse Issue

Hello,
I would like to know if anyone could help me install an HP VK479AA (wireless optical mobile mouse) because according to the few details in the installation manual, it seems impossible for the mouse to be recognized! I have already inserted and pressed the button on the USB key and then pressed the "connect" button on the mouse! It doesn't work! I've tried everything but nothing works!
I have an HP portable notebook dv6 2012ef running Windows 7, so if you can help me, thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.30

    Yes, a new battery. Basically, the USB key is located under the mouse so that it can be stored and turned on, and when I remove it, the wheel lights up green, but it only stays on for a few seconds! I don't know if this will help you^^

    Hello, exactly the same problem, the receiver is not detected and therefore no installation.

    I had the same problem, I just succeeded

    plug the USB key into the computer and press the connect button on the key and the mouse at the same time for 10 seconds, then release and try to move the mouse – it just worked for me.

    Otherwise, you can also plug the USB dongle of the mouse into the computer and press the connect button on the mouse for 5 seconds.
