Connecting two PCs using an HDMI cable

Hello,

I would like to know if anyone knows if it's possible to connect two laptops (an Acer and a Medion) using an HDMI cable for data exchange?
This is a cable I usually use to watch everything on my computer through the TV (for example, videos, photos,...). So I want to know if it's possible to avoid transferring data like videos with a USB stick or an external drive.

    no, you can't, HDMI cables only transmit audio and video and never data
