The best tag scanner for Mac OS X

My question is simple, which tag scanner do you think is the best for Mac OS X and why?

    Do you want a tag scanner for multimedia library?
    Which version of OSX should it be compatible with? Leo, Snow Leo, Lion?

    I actually want a tag scanner for MP3s stored on my hard drive.
    I'm on Leopard.

    Well, I would tend to say iTunes for simplicity and system management, but there is also Booxter for Mac in that category of software. It manages CDs and DVDs and you can even make it recognize the barcode on the covers with a good webcam (exit iSight which works one time out of two).

    Thank you, but actually, my CDs are already all on my computer (phew, finally, it was long), so I don't want to rip them all one by one a second time. xD But I finally have a friend who owns Jaikoz, he has never used it. The only problem is: it's in English. After multiple searches online, I still can't find a manual in French. Because I don't know how it works.
