fais Démarrer/exécuter là tappes
SHUTDOWN -a
pour empêcher l'arrêt, ensuite appliques ceci
installes et passe ces pgm et copie/colle les rapport ci dessous:
1. Installe ce nettoyeur CCLEANER https://www.ccleaner.com/ ou lien direct là http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner.html (la flèche)
