I had the same problem as you...
Desperate, I updated the BIOS, and miracle!

The driver uses the driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\usbvideo.sys.
The driver is called WebCam SCB-0350M

No Samsung driver, nor any other. Nothing

Update the BIOS, this usually happens after a Windows update.

Reminder: The BIOS update is between you and Samsung, so it does not concern me. But it should not cause any problems.
Remember to keep your PC plugged in, and preferably with a charged battery.
