Bonjour,

jai un probleme de driver de ma carte son qui ne fonctionne pas suite a un passage de XP a win7 donc je me demande si cela vient de la est si il existe des driver compatible avec ma carte sous win7

a part la carte son aucun probleme a déclarer sinn je serais repasser sous xp

pour info mon pc est un HP dv 8000 et j'aideja chercher sur les site fabriacant y'a quedal

    Il fallait regarder sur le site du constructeur avant d'installer Win7. Et si le constructeur ne propose aucun pilote compatible c'est parce que ce modèle n'est pas fait pour faire tourner ton OS.

    1- intel 8287 <<< n'est pas le nom de ta carte son.

    2- HP dv 8000 <<< n'est pas la référence exact du PC.

    Bonjour, donc j'ai regarder plus attentivement et la seul ref que j'ai sur le pc c'est dv8000 aprés si y'a une précision je l'ai pas trouvée.

    pour la carte son j'ai périphérique High définition audio et un message d'erreur code 10 (le périphérique ne peut pas démarrer), si je fait mettre a jour le pilote il me dit que le meilleur pilote et déjà installé, tout en me disant sur l'incone de son (le p'tit haut parleur en ba s a droite) que " aucun périphérique n'es installé.....

    Lance aida64 >>> un clic droit sur "ordinateur" >>> Rapport rapide >>> Text brut. sélectionner tous , copier/coller le texte puis envoyer ici dans ta prochaine réponse

    Bonjour,

    Le constructeur ne propose pas de pilotes compatible windows 7, essaie celui de Vista, ça devrait fonctionner. Voici >>> ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp35501-36000/sp35908.exe

    PS: désinstalle l'ancien pilote avant d'installer celui-ci ^^^
