I registered on Steam but there is a problem; it asks me for my username, my password, the secret question, and finally the letters that I need to enter at the end of the registration. But it tells me; please re-enter the characters below, and I don't understand.

I have exactly the same problem. I've been getting angry about this issue for 2 days, I sent an email to support, no response, as well as to Gamesload where I bought my game online. If this problem has been resolved, can you help me?

For Rom0307's reply, frankly thank you but when it comes to posting on a forum, it's because we've tried a bit more than once. As for reinstalling Steam, we can't do that since we can't create an account...

Don't rush to send an email to Steam because for them to respond, it takes more than 20 hours of waiting before they see your email...
