Ben non, ton PC n'est pas équipé d'un chipset audio " Realtek". Ce n'est pas tout les PC sont équipés d'une même carte son sous un même OS.

C'est au niveau du problème d'origine (enfin, ce n'est pas trop un problème x))

Je n'ai pas bien compris où est le problème.
Tu peux régler le son à l'aide du logiciel de la carte son non ?
Il est difficile d'attraper un chat noir dans une pièce sombre, surtout lorsqu'il n'y est pas

En fait, théoriquement en mettant "stéréo mix", on peut partager un son qui est lu sur des salons IRC/discussion skype ou livestream.
seulement je n'ai pas cette option =( donc pour un blind test, j'dois mettre mon son à fond et ça gène un peu ^^'

Là est le soucis en fait =/ et je n'ai pas trouvé de solution, d'où la personne qui m'avait conseiller de tout désinstaller pour installer realtek (ce qui n'a effectivement, pas fonctionner puisque je me suis présenté à vous =3)
