Install an Ordissimo distribution or...

its equivalent.

Hello,

So, let me explain: I don’t care about off-topic explanations and unnecessary blah blah, I have a specific goal, please kindly answer the question.

The situation:
My friend has a mental disability and her delay makes it very difficult for her to use a computer, so I have been looking for a solution like a simplified interface, preferably on Linux.

The solution offered by Ordissimo is appealing but expensive! My friend has a recent computer.

My question:

Where can I find and how can I install a Linux distribution like Ordissimo or its equivalent (plus configurations and procedures please) for free and in compliance with the laws in effect preferably ^^?

Clarifications:

I accept private conversations, but I appreciate that the solution is indicated in response to my question right here, even if it's a summary; in any case, I need the details of the solution you will suggest.

Best regards.

Hi, I am an Ordissimo reseller, and I find that the price gap compared to a classic PC is more than reasonable. Moreover, we provide training, installation, and support. Otherwise, you have easy peasy, but for help, you'll have to manage on your own!
I might have some second-hand Ordissimos available.

I have an Ordissimo and I am very happy with it.
However, when I receive slideshows with moving images, I get stuck. Why?

Hi, try Ubuntu Gnome3 + Gnome-shell, I recommend it for beginners.

for a simplified Linux interface you have XPUD, the most streamlined interface and super fast. http://www.le-monde-informatique.com/wordpress/archives/778

the druid without the potion.

Hi, a streamlined interface yes, but for seniors, Ordissimo offers a simple interface: one icon = one program, and in each program, one icon = one function. No submenus, disk management where the system is not accessible to prevent false manipulation. In short, several years of work.

an icon = launch a program, well yes! as is the case on Linux and Windows.

What I meant is no menu - sub-menu. Directly to the point. And on the desktop, all programs or functions accessible directly.

To copy and reinstall an Ordissimo, you need to create an ISO image of the hard drive

With GHOST, for example.
