Hello,

How to install the Ordissimo operating system on a computer running Windows.
I know it's based on Linux but I'm not familiar with it.
I found the GNU source files for Ordissimo: http://substantiel.dyndns.org/libre/
More info about Ordissimo on this page: http://www.ordissimo.fr/utilisateurs/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=6&Itemid=134

Thank you very much in advance ;)

Seriously,
1 it's based on a GNU/GPG distribution so as mentioned earlier I don't see why we couldn't modify it.
2 - You're selling a computer + an OS and you're not providing a way to reinstall that OS? Are you kidding me?

Avoid these traps galore, it's better to buy a laptop with Windows or Linux even if you have to pay someone to teach you how to use it. It's complete nonsense.

WELL I THINK YOU'RE MAKING A COMMON MISTAKE....FREE DOES NOT MEAN FREE OF CHARGE....YOU CAN HAVE FREE AND OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE AND FREE AND OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE THAT IS..PAID!!
I’m not shocked that this company doesn’t provide important components for free, as it’s their daily bread...the proof is....there are always some of you trying to steal a little something interesting! That’s what shocks me the most...
So it’s normal for them to protect themselves...

Now which license under this distribution...? You should take an interest in the subject of the complex licenses existing in the free world of software products....

In the Windows universe, there are also countless traps...like making you pay repeated subscriptions for antivirus software when there are plenty of free antivirus options available, like Avira Antivirus or others...

For my part, I would recommend an Ubuntu version...see this experience, http://www.galipe.net/articles/ubuntu-netbook-os-parental-debutant/

Let’s not kid ourselves, no operating system has a super simple mapping...

Why didn’t she steal the Linux kernel and the essence of the Debian distribution to create Ordissimo, huh? And doesn’t that bother you even if it’s legal? A proper attitude would have been to put the Ordissimo layer under a free license. These people use the work of others to make money, they are opportunists, and that’s all!

If you want a free Debian.. you know where to find it... Okay! FREE DOES NOT MEAN GRATIS, THAT'S EXACTLY... THAT'S THE COMMON MISTAKE YOU ALL MAKE.

Go back to your fundamentals or take history and philosophy courses on the subject of FREEDOM to understand where all this really comes from...

Go to the Red Hat website, a well-known company that provided the foundations for the Fedora Community.... they offer paid services that aren't cheap and many other distributions that are not free at all, like Red Hat Enterprise Linux which you have to buy... It is not offered for free and that doesn't bother you at all. But you want to consume everything for free without giving anything in exchange for the work provided. Many users of Free Software are actually just basic bourgeois consumers who don't even understand the conceptual definitions surrounding the philosophy of Freedom

after the presentation layer and customer service, it's their property and their work. So that’s up for discussion. You can't want everything for free... When you go buy your toilet paper to satisfy your big needs... it doesn't bother you that it's not always free, just like when you want to buy a tablet, it’s not free either and that doesn’t bother you a bit! On the other hand, the work they have added on top, you want to get it for free completely... and I find that without any additional thought and I think you are just a simple bourgeois among others who has found a good free vein to exploit to the bone if possible, who pretends to be the perfect worshiper of Freedom through this... and who always wants more free stuff again and again...! Don’t take it personally, there’s nothing personal.... I think you too, as a simple consumer, never give anything back to the developers after each download of free software you operate on the internet...!

FREEDOM HAS NEVER MEANT FREE EITHER UNFORTUNATELY .... http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_Source_Initiative ! QED
