Virus/spyware

bonjour,
voilà j'explque mon souci. J'ai chopé un (ou des) spyware, dc j'ai le message "your computer is infected" qui s'affiche continuellement. J'ai trouvé le post sur le site expliqiant la démarche à suivre, j'ai dc fait une analyse avec smartfraudfix et maintenant je poste le rapport :
