Bonjours voilà mon problème quand je vais dans gestionnaire de périphérique j'ai enhanced display driver helper service avec un triangle jaune et j'ai ce message
« Windows ne peut pas démarrer ce périphérique matériel car ses informations de configuration (dans le Registre) sont incomplètes ou endommagées. (Code 19) » Merci d'avance

    Bonjour,

    Va dans le gestionnaire des périphériques, fais clic droit sur le périphérique problématique, propriétés, détails, donne le no. de l'identification d'instance de périphérique.

    Quelle est la marque et le modèle du pc et sous quel système d'exploitation ?

    L'être humain est à son mieux quand les choses sont au pire.

    Télécharge et installe -->> AIDA64 extreme <<--

    Ensuite pour le rapport, regarde -->> Ici <<--

    Copie à partir du début en incluant le --> DMI, ne pas inclure le reste jusqu'à la fin et colle-le dans ton prochain message.

      bonsoir j'ai un souci avec mon ordinateur ces le même souci avec le lecteur hp dvd-ram gh40l ata devise et mzava uf4ha7o scsi dcrom devise il a des points d'exclamation dessus je fais installation des mise a jours il me dit ces a jours mais le point d'exclamation reste et il ne lit pas les cd comment pouvez-vous m'aider? merci.
