Error 5C00 on Canon I 560 printer

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the Canon I560 printer. When I try to print, I get this message that says "Error 5C00 consult the manual." The manual is far away.... Can anyone help me??

    Error 5C00 - Canon printers

    This error concerns the sensor of the purge unit, which is located where the cartridge holder rests.

    Several troubleshooting tips:
    - In some cases, a simple ink counter reset can get the device working again.
    - Otherwise, remove the ink cartridges and carefully clean the inside of the cartridge holder (print head) with a cotton swab dipped in water. Sometimes it may be necessary to repeat this several times and be patient.
