Bonjour,
après avoir chopé un virus,j'étais dans l'obligation de formater l'ordinateur. Cependant j'ai un ordinateur portable (HP dv7) et au départ en cliquant sur F11, il m'avait donner la possibilité de sauvegarder mes informations ce que j'ai fait. Puis j'ai formaté mon ordinateur, et enfin par la suite je voulais réinstaller mes anciens fichiers grâce à la sauvegarde réaliser or après un certain temps de charge, il y a un beug et il m'affiche : "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information", une solution pour supprimer ce beug ? merci
