Hello,
I am currently experiencing some issues with my Kaspersky antivirus. It tells me that the definitions are significantly outdated and that I need to update them, but the problem is that after numerous attempts, nothing happens; the loading seems to progress normally, but it always gets stuck around 39, 40, 45...
After consulting other topics, I found that this might be a date issue, as the release date is 01/07/2010. (O.O') Last year, while my license is from this year, so I don’t understand. I changed my computer's date and everything returned to green, perfect, but the update still does not complete, and I can't just stay on a date from last year. What should I do?
And while I'm at it, when I perform a full scan, it always indicates one or more files that are password protected even though I have never done anything; I don’t even know how. Is this normal?
My version: 11.0.400
I am on Windows XP
My computer was being repaired due to a disk problem or I don’t know what... Could there be a connection?
Thank you for your attention.

Hello,
We are going to do a little diagnostic of your PC for that:
==> Download ZHPDiag (by Nicolas Coolman)
==> if that doesn't work, try downloading it here
==> Save it on your Desktop.
Once the download is complete,
==> If you are on Vista/Seven, make sure to right-click and run as administrator.
click next to start the installation in the window that opens.
==> For XP, launch ZHPDiag.exe and click next to start the installation in the window that opens.
==> Click on the screwdriver in the top right (options) and check all the option boxes.
==> Click on the magnifying glass to start the scan.
At the end of the scan,
==> Click on the camera or diskette and save the report on your Desktop.
To send it to me, click on this link:
http://www.cijoint.fr/
==> Click on Browse and find the ZHPDiag.txt file
==> Click Open.
==> Click on "Click here to upload the file".
A link of this form:
http://www.cijoint.fr/cjlink.php?file=cj200905/cib7SU.txt
will be added to the page.
==> Copy this link in your reply.
