Kaspersky "Outdated Databases"

Hello,
I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 on my PC, and now it doesn't want to cooperate; it tells me that "security is threatened" and that the databases are severely outdated, but there’s nothing I can do, I am unable to update it, nothing happens, and moreover their support is only in English, Spanish, or Portuguese, for French I would have to make a long-distance call to Europe!!!!
Can someone help me ????? THANK YOU

According to the expiration date of your Kaspersky license, you need to install the latest version 2011
Otherwise, all the information is in French

Good evening, I tried but it doesn't work, I can't do anything with "Update using zip archives"!!! My license expires on 2011-05-27! Then I tried the website http://www.kaspersky.com/fr/find...... but I can't find anything to do, so I'm trying the "chat" but since my problem isn't there, I have to click on "other issue" and from there it's forgotten, everything is in English and they send me emails all in English...... I'm really very disappointed with the service and now I'm stuck with databases that won't update! THANK YOU anyway!!!

THANK YOU so much for taking the time to try to help me, that's really nice of you. I kept searching on the internet because I really couldn't find anything on their site @#%@, and guess what, I found it... my computer date was incorrect; instead of being January 15, it was February 15. I changed it, and everything turned green again and everything is correct!!
