Problème dérangeant

Bonjour, 

Depuis quelques jours j'ai un problème lorsque je navigue sur internet. En effet, lorsque j'entre une adresse dans la barre d'adresse, par exemple, facebook.com, nhl.com ou peu importe, au lieu d'afficher le site en question, il arrive parfois que je sois redirigé vers une recherche google de ces pages. Par ailleurs, parfois, il arrive aussi que je tente d'accéder à une page et que le message « impossible d'afficher la page » apparaisse. Je dois alors actualiser pour pouvoir accéder au site. Finalement, encore une fois, « parfois », il arrive que les pages s'affichent, mais pas correctement (avec des images manquantes, par exemple) et dans ce cas-ci, je dois aussi actualiser pour que la page soit normale, sauf que cette méthode ne fonctionne pas toujours. Bref, je me demande si je ne suis pas infecté par un virus et j'aimerais beaucoup que vous m'aidiez à régler ces problèmes...Mon antivirus est microsoft security essentials et il ne détecte aucun virus lorsque je fais des «scans». J'ai également «réparer» plusieurs problèmes avec Advanced systemcare 4, mais ça n'a rien changé aux éléments mentionnés ci-haut. Merci Beaucoup de me donner un coup de main...

choisis : télécharger la derniere version

&#9654 relance-le 

choisis : lancer le nettoyage

TDSSKiller va s'ouvrir , clique sur "Start Scan"

une fois qu'il a terminé , redemarre s'il te le demande pour finir de nettoyer

sinon , ferme tdssKiller et le rapport s'affichera sur le bureau

          Gen-hackman, je t'ai envoyé le rapport par message privé parce que je ne sais pas s'il y a des choses privées dans cela et par conséquent, je préfère ne pas rendre le rapport public...Et pour répondre à Gamer-Actu, j'utilise internet explorer. J'ai toujours utilisé ce navigateur et je n'ai jamais eu ce problème. De plus, je n'avais pas besoin de marquer http:// ou https:// avant, un simple hotmail.com suffisait. Donc, j'aimerais bien que tout redevienne comme avant...Quoi qu'il en soit, merci beaucoup à vous deux pour votre aide...

Télécharge ici :OTL

&#9654 enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...." 

sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

&#9654Clic sur Analyse.

A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).

Ce fichier est sur ton Bureau (en général C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\OTL.txt)

&#9654 Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours ! 

si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...." 

&#9654 sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut . 

&#9654 clique le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
 
&#9654 Au menu principal choisis "option Nettoyer" et tape sur [entrée] .

&#9654 Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ... 

&#9654 Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log ) 
( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

desactive tes protections puis enregistre ceci sur ton bureau

Avertissement: Il y aura une extinction courte du bureau --> pas de panique. 

une fois telechargé lance-le , laisse faire le scan puis colle le contenu de "Pre_scan.txt" qui apparaitra à son terme , sur le bureau.

si l'outil detecte un proxy et que tu n'en as pas installé clique sur "supprimer le proxy"

si l'outil semble ne pas avoir fonctionné clique plusieurs fois très rapidement dessus ou renomme-le winlogon , ou change son extension en .com ou .scr

relance malwarebytes en suivant scrupuleusement ces consignes :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

Fais un examen dit "Complet" .

&#9654 Laisse le programme travailler ( et ne rien faire d'autre avec le PC durant le scan ).
&#9654 à la fin tu cliques sur "résultat" .
&#9654 Vérifie que tous les objets infectés soient validés, puis clique sur " suppression " .

&#9654 Note : si il faut redémarrer ton PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le !

La simple désactivation du résident n'est pas suffisante. Télécharge le désinstalleur d'AVG sur ce lien : https://www.avg.com/fr-fr/avg-remover Choisis la version adéquate (32 ou 64 bits)/!\ Les logiciels d'émulation de CD comme Daemon Tools peuvent gêner les outils de désinfection. Utilise Defogger pour les désactiver temporairement : ▶ Télécharge Defogger (de jpshortstuff) sur ton Bureau ▶ Lance le Une fenêtre apparait : clique sur "Disable" ▶ Fais redémarrer l'ordinateur si l'outil te le demande Note : Quand nous aurons terminé la désinfection, tu pourras réactiver ces logiciels en relançant Defogger et en cliquant sur "Re-enable" _________________________________________________________ >> referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours. >> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, >>la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, >>qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil. °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° si tu as XP => double clique si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...." sur combofix renommé ¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤ LAISSE-LE INSTALLER LA CONSOLE DE RECUPERATION S'IL TE LE DEMANDE ¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤ ▶ !!!!!NE TOUCHE A RIEN PENDANT LE TRAVAIL DE COMBOFIX (SOURIS/CLAVIER.....)!!!!! ▶ n'oublie pas de reactiver la garde de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet. ▶▶ Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

fais ce grand menage tu me diras quoi ensuite Pour nettoyer les outils utilsés et mieux sécuriser ton pc -------------------------------------------------------------- Je t'invite à suivre ce tutoriel pour le final il inclut ♦ du nettoyage après desinfection ♦ des mises à jour pour combler des failles de securité de logiciels importants non mis à jour ▶ et enfin quelques conseils à suivre afin que la protection soit plus efficace _________________________________________________ Telecharge ici : PureRa (par l'editeur de JavaRa) Lance-le (clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7) => Configuration clique sur "Clean" L'outil va faire son scan puis son nettoyage à la fin du rapport tu auras une ligne comme ca : Total space cleaned: 8140878 bytes transmets juste cette ligne , le reste importe peu __________________________________________________ Si nous avons utilisé Defogger et cliqué sur "disable" , tu peux le "reenable" __________________________________________________ ▶ Télécharge DelFix sur ton bureau. ▶ Lance le, tape suppression puis valide Patiente pendant le scan jusqu'à l'ouverture du rapport. ▶ Copie/Colle le contenu du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. Note : Le rapport se trouve également sous C:\DelFix.txt tu peux le desinstaller ___________________________________________________ ▶ Télécharge :ATF Cleaner par Atribune Ferme tous tes navigateurs Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme. Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All Clique sur le bouton Empty Selected Si tu utilises le navigateur Firefox : Clique Firefox au haut et choisis : Select All Clique le bouton Empty Selected a NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invité. Si tu utilises le navigateur Opera : Clique Opera au haut et choisis : Select All Clique le bouton Empty Selected NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invité. Clique Exit, du menu prinicipal, afin de fermer le programme. OK tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques _______________________________________________ Note : si tu as un utilitaire pour défragmenter , utilises le à la place pour ce faire Defraggler est proposé _________________________________________________ ▶ Peux-tu vérifier ta Console Java ? : et installer la nouvelle version si besoin est (dans ce cas désinstalle avant l'ancienne version). voici pour desinstaller : JavaRa Décompresse le fichier sur le Bureau (Clic droit > Extraire tout). * Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) sur le répertoire JavaRa. * Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le exe peut ne pas s'afficher). * Choisis Français puis clique sur Select. * Clique sur Recherche de mises à jour. * Sélectionne Mettre à jour via jucheck.exe puis clique sur Rechercher. * Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il le demande, clique sur Installer et suis les instructions d'installation qui prennent quelques minutes. * L'installation est terminée, reviens à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Effacer les anciennes versions. * Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. Laisse travailler et clique ensuite sur OK, puis une deuxième fois sur OK. * Un rapport va s'ouvrir. Poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse. * Ferme l'application. Une fois le téléchargement achevé, 

&#9654 lance ZHPDiag.exe et clique sur Unzip dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre.

&#9654 Clique sur le tournevis puis sur Tous pour cocher toutes les cases des options.

&#9654 Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.

Pour Xp : Double clique sur l'icône ZHPFix.exe sur ton Bureau. 

Pour Vista : Clique droit sur l'icône ZHPFix.exe sur ton Bureau, 
puis sélectionne 'Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur'.

Les soucis semblent persister...Déjà dès que j'ai ouvert firefox pour venir poster ici, le message suivant est apparu et j'ai dû actualiser:

Donc, selon toi c'est un problème de connexion internet finalement? Et par «redemarre la box», tu veux dire formater le PC? Parce que si c'est ça, je n'ai pas trop envie de formater...En tout cas, au moins maintenant, je sais que ma machine n'est pas infecté par un virus. Je te remercie infiniment pour ton aide et pour toutes tes indications afin de me permettre de «nettoyer» ma machine.
