^^ Anyway, given how they made the movie, they couldn't make a second installment. They changed way too much, for example, killing the Razacs in the film when they're supposed to die in Brisingr................
anyway, we could write three volumes on the differences between the movie and the books.
I found the movie terrible. And what did you think of the movie?

If you've ever read the book, that's fine, but it's true that there are a lot of differences, especially the big problem is that Arya leaves and Eragon stays in Farten Dur at the end, so you are probably right.

Yeah, and then we see more of a romantic relationship between Eragon and Arya in the movie, which is not the case for Arya in the book.
Anyway, it's better to read the books rather than watch the movie, it's 100000000000 times better ^^

Sure, in the Eragon books, the author emphasizes the relationship between Arya and Eragon, but I think that sometimes the author spends too much time on it and not enough on the rest. I think when we watch a movie (even if there are sometimes big differences from the book), we still feel more immersed in the film.

The second film will not be released because the first one lost money for the production (at the same time, it must be said that it was pathetic: it reinvents the book instead of following it xD One example: Durza does not have a dragon!)

What a shame, I'm not someone who reads books, I hate reading, I'm more attracted to movies... I think the sequel to this film would have been appreciated... because we are left hanging... I think that even if, as you say, it doesn't follow the books, I love the story and how the film is made! I still hope for a sequel that seems almost impossible????
