Non tu peux avoir du wifi sans même si c'est beaucoup plus simple à configurer avec un bureau. De nos jours on fait tout par network-manager ce qui évite de s'embêter avec wpasupplicant. Tu peux en outre installer cnetwork-manager ou un bureau et son backend graphique correspondant.
