Hello,
I no longer know how to open my email
usually when I opened "hotmail" I accessed my messages directly without a password. But for the past two days, I have been asked for a password, which I don't know. I am also following the instructions to reset the password and I still can't do it. What should I do? Please indicate the steps to follow so that I can access my emails without worrying about a password.

You must have set a password at the beginning, but you probably checked the "remember my password" box and it saved it directly. However, after a certain period of time, to verify that you are indeed the owner of this account, you need to re-enter your password (the original one) and check the "remember my password" box again.
